Baby Jude.....

Baby Jude came to visit me in the studio the other day and he brought along his beautiful mother Ria Thurston.

This amazing women is also a photographer that has a studio 2 doors down from me!!

Meet Emmy....she was ALL smiles from the moment her mother brought her into the studio!

I had at least 100 different facial expressions I had to sort through during this editing process!!

I just love her BIG smile but some of the serious ones grabbed at my heart the most!

The Lucky Irish....

Where do I begin.... Mr. Declan has the sweetest Irish name and the personality to match! He was OOOH so good for me at my FIRST newborn session in my NEW studio!!

Declan brought his Mom and Dad that couldn't have been more smitten with him! In fact the Mom kept saying quietly, "He is just so precious!" "I love him so much!" A mothers love for her child was SO amazing to witness and feel!

OPEN HOUSE success....

I want to start off by giving EVERYONE that came out yesterday to my Open House a

BIG THANK YOU!!!!

It was a huge success... ALL types came out... Friends, Family, and Clients (new & old)

I am super proud to be in this space and even more excited about my studio mates, who couldn't be any more perfect!

Getting Personal...

I've been wanting to share more about myself, my family, and our adventures! I've been inspired by a few great people lately to get out of my comfort zone and show the world who I AM!! I'm a quiet person in general but LOVE having adventures! My latest adventure in life has been growing my family and exploring the world around us! Although we can't fly to exotic places we do however love camping, traveling, boating, fishing and everything outdoors! After owning a tent for 6 years we upgraded to a pop-up camper last summer and LOVED it! This summer we have ventured even further into Minnesota Tradition and have purchased a Park Trailer.....which we like to refer to as "The Cabin". (driving it up from Iowa was a hole other adventure in its self...LOL) While up at "The Cabin" this weekend, getting ready for some renovations, I snapped a few pictures! I hope to share more of our crazy adventures with you as the year continues!!

NEW Studio Space....

Well Hello everyone!!

I'm super excited to announce what I've been working on for the last 2 months!!

Most of you know I've been in business "officially" for almost 7 years now and I've always shot on-location or out of my 'Home Studio'.

Well now I have something to ADD to that list!!!!

A NEW STUDIO located right in Minneapolis!

It's perfectly centered for those that travel far to see me!!

Right in the North East Art's District!

Not only does this building have cool exposed brick, old black and white tile boards, wood floors, lots of cool textured walls BUT it also use to be an old Coffee Mill!!

How perfectly fitting....if you know me, you know I LOVE coffee!!
